Set within a rural lifestyle property in Karaka, this architecturally designed pool house was conceived as a fully self-contained retreat combining entertainment, work, and relaxation spaces.
Far more than a typical pool structure, the pavilion includes a high-spec office, kitchenette and bar, indoor and outdoor living areas, and a luxurious bathroom. Multiple fireplaces, automated louvre roofing, outdoor kitchens, and bespoke concrete surfaces allow the space to function year-round.
Natural materials were used extensively to connect the building to its surroundings, including oak flooring, feature stone cladding, timber decking with concealed fixings, and frameless glass balustrading. The entire structure is integrated with a smart automation system, enabling lighting, climate control, and features to be operated via a single app.
Trinity Interior Design created a calm, nature-inspired interior palette that blends stone and timber textures with custom furniture and cabinetry tailored specifically for the family’s lifestyle.
